Comprehensive Cardiac Risk Assessment

  • Fasting blood sugar
  • C-reactive protein (HS-CRP)
• Physical Exam
  • Height and weight 
  • Waist circumference
  • Blood pressure
  • Ankle-brachial Index (ABI)
  • Electrocardiogram (EKG/ECG)
• Cost: $99 - self pay, no physician referrals needed

Premier HeartWorks Comprehensive Exercise Program

Premier HeartWorks is a comprehensive program that includes education, support, and supervised exercise lead by nurses and exercise physiologists. Our patient population includes cardiac and those with risk factors for chronic disease including high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol, diabetes, sedentary lifestyle, or family history.

What Can I Expect?

• Pre and post program assessments measuring endurance, cardiorespiratory fitness, and body composition
• Supervised exercise in a group setting designed around your individual goals and needs
• Optimized health and wellness through exercise and education in a supportive environment
